The next morning, the problem was identified, a short term solution crafted, and today, the permanent fix was installed. Great job and I was so pleased to have found a repair service that delivered exceptional customer service.

I had blackout generators install a 14kw generator and signed up for a maintenance program. When my generator broke down they refused to come and see what was wrong. I called Generac and they referred me to collaborative generators. They came out during the snow storm to get me going again. I highly recommend collaborative generators and will never do business with blackout generators again.I’ll stay with collaborative generators they repaired my generator and now it works perfectly And they are Extremely efficient in their response to my needs
